Dear Michaela,
Thanks for your letter. Today I want
to tell you about the most important person in my life, my mother Rose. My mum
is the most important person in my life because she cares for me. She loves me
and she is there when I need her.
She was brought up in Burmarrad and
later in Mosta. She has two elder sisters and a younger brother. My mum says that when she was a child she was
quite a tomboy. She loved doing things more associated with boys such as
running, gymnastics and riding her bicycle at fast speeds. She was also very
fond of motorcycles and cars.
My mother is quite tall and slim.
She has brown eyes and curly hair. My dad says she is very pretty and has a
good taste in fashion, a statement with which I agree.
She is sweet, kind, caring, loving and
funny and does not get upset about trivial issues. Mu mum is like a counsellor
as she is very good at solving problems and listening.
My mother is an extraordinary
person. She gives us all her time and more and she dedicates her life to us. I
wish that if I ever became a mother I would be the same.
That’s all for today. I would be
very happy to hear again from you in the near future.
Yours
truly
Norah J
