My favourite film is called “Despicable Me”. In this film
there is a tall, skinny, bald, large-pointed nosed man who is called Gru. He
always wears the same clothes: a blue jacket, trousers and a striped scarf.
Gru normally appears in his laboratory which is full of
high technology. He is a criminal mastermind villain with a funny Russian
accent. An old lady forces him to take care of three orphan girls. He refuses
but is forced to do so.
At the beginning of the film Gru is a very rude person
who upsets everyone. He convinces his little yellow minions to steal the Eiffel
Tower, the pyramid of Egypt and the Statue of Liberty. He only gets a souvenir
of the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty but he manages to steal the
pyramid and replaces it by an inflatable one!
The orphans are uncomfortable and frightened in his
house. They want to have fun so he takes them to an entertainment park. He
reads bed time stories to them but refuses to give them a goodnight kiss. Each
morning the orphans go to deliver cookies to earn some money.
After a few months Gru
realizes that he is being selfish with the children. He starts to be more kind
by giving them all goodnight kisses and hugs them. After all that happened he
becomes a generous, warm hearted person and takes care of them forever.
